Love this place. We go every time we are in town. Amazing service, the food is delicious - did I mention the service was always great? We have yet to go that the place was not packed. Recommended by the locals and they are right. Everything on the menu is great.

Love love love Jacky's! Had the wet Christmas burrito many time and always great. Service friendly and fast. Nacho's are out of this world. Huge portions and great prices. Bathrooms not very clean.

Four stars for food deliciousness and price. I'm from Chicago, and this place is pretty close to latin food. The reason is not 5* is because the salsa was too watery, the Guatemalan chicken bean-rice had overcooked beans and the slaw was dressed too heavy; also the fries that came with the kids meal were terrible, and the onions in the fajitas tasted weird.
The kids chicken quesadilla was AMAZING! My toddler ate the whoooole thing! My Guatemalan coconut chicken was tasty, and my husband was very pleased with his children fajitas (he just didn't eat the onion).
Another disappointing thing was that we stopped here on a Monday evening, 30 min before closing and the crew started cleaning after we sat down. It was a little annoying to have ppl vacuum and sweep the floors while we ate. But we get it, slow weekday, we were the only ones there, came in late...
At least the food was good. -

Referred here by a family member and didn't have much for expectations.... But I was wrong. Food was actually really good!! The kids meals were nothing great to write about and service was rather slow (maybe it was just that day or the particular server). But again, the food we had was tasty!

I asked a local where I should get my Mexican fix and Jacky's was her number 1 recommendation. I got my food to go. Chicken fajitas with all the fixin's and duh, chips and salsa. And guacamole, because everything I do is extra.
And let me tell you, I was not only not disappointed, I was impressed. And I have consumed an alarming amount of fajitas in my life. And actually the best thing about the whole freaking meal.... the rice!!! I know, rice? For real. Try it. And tell me I'm wrong.
